  1. What does it mean when you can not satisfy a craving. You eat a pickle thats sour, olive for salty, Chocolate thats sweet, Candy for sugar. Nothing is satisfying. Why?

    1. Hi Lynn,

      Perhaps you are trying to satisfy something that isn’t truly about hunger or food. Consider if you are unsatisfied in some other aspect of your life. When we identify the root causes of what’s going on with food, and then resolve them, we are free to live our best lives.
